About Me

I’m a passionate and experienced coach specializing in speech, debate, and academic enrichment. I focus on building students’ confidence, critical thinking, and communication skills through personalized, supportive instruction. I work well with learners of all ages and backgrounds, including students who are new to competition or seeking to sharpen their academic voice. My teaching style is encouraging, structured, and student-centered.

In addition to competitive coaching, I have taught online ESL and academic enrichment classes for students based in India and China. These classes incorporated elements of public speaking, critical thinking, and structured argumentation to help students improve both their English fluency and their ability to express ideas clearly and confidently. I designed interactive lessons that focused on skills such as persuasive speaking, analytical reasoning, and effective communication, skills rooted in debate but applied in a non-competitive, supportive learning environment. This experience has deepened my commitment to using debate as a tool for academic growth and self-expression across cultures.
